Most people today suffer more from their inactivity than their activity. The sedentary lifestyle many live encourages prolonged sitting, long seated commutes home and dinner while sprawled out in front of the couch. If there were a recipe for chronic pain it would definitely include a large amount of inactivity like those listed previously. Overexertion, on the other hand, is a great way to invite injury so don’t be tempted by the old “no pain, no gain” adage.
The fact of the matter is: Bodies work best when given healthy doses of movement. Are you wearing out or are you actually rusting out?
